Returns & Exchanges

At Pompea Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition, then include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
